What I will need from you:

1. Copy and messaging

  • The main offer you are selling

  • Pricing details and payment options

  • Any existing sales page or email copy you would like used or adapted

  • Your brand voice guidance if you have it, for example warm, professional, friendly

  • Any key phrases, words, or messages you want included

  • Testimonials or social proof if available


2. Branding and visuals

  • Your logo files if you have them

  • Brand colours and fonts

  • Brand guidelines if you use them

  • Images you would like included, such as:

    • Personal brand photos

    • Product images

    • Lifestyle or stock images you already own

3. Funnel structure confirmation

  • The type of funnel you want built (sales page, lead generation etc).

  • Pages included, for example opt-in, sales page, checkout, thank you page

  • Any examples of funnels you like

  • Any integrations you already use or plan to use

5. Follow-up email copy (up to 3 emails)

Please provide:

  • Copy for up to three follow-up emails

  • The purpose of each email, for example nurture, reminder, or offer-focused

  • Any links you want included

  • Subject lines

  • The time delay for sending these

How to add me to your systeme.io account

To allow me to build your funnel, you will need to add me as a collaborator.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your systeme.io account

  2. Go to settings

  3. Select 'Workspace Members'

  4. Add my email address megan@savvy-va.com

  5. Set permissions to admin.

Once access is granted, I will confirm and begin work.

How to send everything to me

You will be able to:

  • Upload files to a shared folder such as Google Drive or Dropbox and send me the link

  • Paste copy into a document and attach files to an email

If you are unsure how best to send something, you can simply ask. I will guide you.
